The basics of buying a kit from MiniShire.
01Kits and assembly
Every product is a DIY kit, not a finished model. Photos show assembled models. Build times are active assembly at a relaxed pace and vary with experience, glue drying time and technique. Each product page lists the materials and tools in the box; batteries and everyday scissors are not included unless stated.
02Suitable use
Kits are for adults and makers aged 14 and over. They contain small parts and may need sharp hand tools. Finished models are decorative objects, not toys. Keep parts out of reach of children under 14 and pets. Use only the stated battery type and remove batteries before long storage.
03Prices and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. Delivery is charged by order subtotal and destination; delivery and returns lists the charges by region, and each product page shows the delivery time for your country. Import charges, where they apply, are not included.
04Returns and missing parts
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Inspect a kit before gluing or altering its pieces, and keep the numbered parts sheets. Contact us about damaged or missing parts so we can identify the right replacement. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over this policy.
