Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind about a kit.
01How to withdraw
Fill in the return form with your order number and email address, or write to us through the contact form, within 30 days of delivery.
02Sending the kit back
Once your return is agreed, send the kit back within 14 days. Keep all parts, numbered sheets and packaging together. Return shipping for a change of mind is yours.
03Your refund
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the kit or proof that you sent it.
04Started or glued kits
Inspect a kit before you build it. Glued or altered parts can lower the refund.
05Faulty or missing parts
A faulty part is handled separately from a withdrawal. Send the kit name and part number through the contact form and we look at a replacement first. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.
