Standard delivery is $6.95 to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, $16.95 elsewhere, and free on every order from $49. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country. Kits arrive flat, with numbered parts sheets and a guide, and you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Tracking
When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it.
If the estimate has passed, contact us with your order number rather than ordering a second kit.
Duties
Import duties or local customs charges, where they apply, are not included.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery, then send the kit back within 14 days once it is agreed. Keep the parts sheets and packaging; glued or altered parts can lower the refund. Return shipping for a change of mind is yours.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and check the kit.
Broken or missing parts
A faulty part is not a change-of-mind return. Keep the numbered parts sheet and send the kit name and part number through the contact form. We look at a replacement first, so you never rebuild from scratch.
